Cala Millor is the largest tourist destination on the eastern coast of Mallorca, Spain and was developed as a family vacation spot.

If you bring children then your children may want to do other things than just go to the beach. Most of the family friendly attractions in Cala Millor are within walking distance but you may want to hire a car or a bus for those that are more than a few kilometers from your hotel,

Glass bottom boats offer an ocean friendly option that lets you see the denizens of the ocean up close and personal. Dives without any equipment let you get close to the life in the ocean but still keep near a safe retreat into the boat. The boats have a bar for adults and include indoor bathrooms.

The Fantasy Park was designed just for children. The park offers a variety of carnival type rides and inflatable amusements for children. Fantasy Park is next to the Parc de la Mar gardens if you want to escape from your children for a few minutes. Fantasy Park is open from nine in the morning to ten at night.

Karting Cala Millor is a kid’s race car track. The track offers 250 cc cars for children over five years of age. The track is well maintained and supervised so your kids will be safe.

If you and your children enjoy horse riding then the short walk to Rancho Willy is worth the time. You can get out of the resort and into the country on a horse for $20 for about 90 minutes. The trip is worth the unique views and the once in a lifetime experience as well as the photo opportunities.

Auto Safari on the outskirts of Cala Millor is a drive through zoo. You can take your own car or take the zoo’s bus that picks you up at your hotel. The zoo has free roaming monkeys, giraffes, zebras, and elephants. The tour also includes caged lions and tigers. Most people prefer the zoo’s enclosed tour coach to avoid too intimate contact with monkeys in particular.

The Caves of Hams is about a mile from the resort area and has some of the most unique cave formations in the world as well as an underground lake. Children are admitted free with a paying adult.
